Terms of Use

By accessing or using waterhub.online ("the Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and water refilling station owners who use the Platform.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

WaterHub Online is an online directory and order management platform that:

• Lists water refilling stations for customers to discover.
• Allows customers to place pickup and delivery orders directly with stations.
• Provides station owners with a POS and business management system.

WaterHub acts as a technology intermediary between customers and station owners. We are not a party to any transaction between them and do not take possession of water products at any time.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.

Certain features of WaterHub require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
• Notify us immediately at admin@waterhub.online of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not share your account credentials with others or create accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or policies.

As a customer using WaterHub to order water, you agree to:

• Provide a valid and accurate delivery address for every order.
• Be available to receive your order during the agreed delivery window.
• Pay the agreed amount for your order before or upon delivery, as required by the station.
• Treat delivery riders and station staff with respect.
• Not place fraudulent, prank, or malicious orders.
• Not dispute legitimate charges in bad faith.

Cancellations: Order cancellations are subject to the individual station's cancellation policy. WaterHub is not responsible for cancellation disputes between customers and stations.

As a water refilling station owner using WaterHub, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information — name, address, contact number, and operating hours.
• Keep your station's availability and hours up to date to avoid misleading customers.
• Fulfill orders that you accept in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure the water you provide meets safe drinking water standards under applicable Philippine regulations.
• Not use the platform to engage in deceptive pricing or bait-and-switch practices.
• Honor the delivery fees you have set in your station profile.
• Pay your subscription fee on time to maintain an active listing and POS access.

Directory listing consent: By registering your station, you authorize WaterHub to display your business name, address, and business contact number on the public directory. This consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.

You must not use WaterHub for any of the following purposes:

• Violating any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Impersonating another person, business, or WaterHub staff.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Scraping, harvesting, or collecting data from the platform without permission.
• Posting false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content.
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms.
• Engaging in harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users or staff.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension without notice and, where applicable, referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

All content on WaterHub — including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, software, and functionality — is the exclusive property of WaterHub Online and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Platform without written permission.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Platform.
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

Content you submit to the Platform (such as reviews or station information) remains yours, but you grant WaterHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it as part of the service.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. WaterHub does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
• Information on the Platform is always accurate, complete, or current.
• The water products sold by listed stations meet any particular quality standard (beyond what stations represent).

WaterHub is a technology platform. We do not manufacture, handle, or quality-test the water products offered by station owners. Any disputes regarding product quality are between you and the station directly.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, WaterHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any transaction between a customer and a station owner facilitated through the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to WaterHub in the 3 months preceding the claim, or ₱1,000, whichever is greater.

WaterHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Use.
• Non-payment of subscription fees (for station owners).
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Extended inactivity of your account.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at admin@waterhub.online. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WaterHub regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
